Course Description

According to Scrum methodology, the team is responsible for taking tasks from the backlog and it commits as a team to finishing these tasks within the sprint. This is ideally done with little or no outside interference, however, the product owner (PO), whether s/he is a team member or not, has a unique and important role in Scrum, achieved by controlling and prioritizing the backlog.

In this workshop, you will understand the roles and responsibilities of the product owner, discuss POs dilemmas and best practices and get equipped with tools and insights that will help you enhance your efficiency and your team's performance.
