We are looking for outstanding individuals that can take the lead in assimilation and/or implementation of Agile/Lean in companies.

*  Extensive experience in leading software development, project management, etc.

*  Leadership, enthusiasm and charisma

*  Soft skills as well as high analytical capabilities

*  A team player - (there is no "I" in "team"...)

*  An ability to mentor high management

*  An ability to give presentations - Advantage
