LEGO Scrum Simulation - Creating a LEGO city

Amdocs Scrum implementation is called "Galileo". Amdocs scale Scrum to support portfolio development of more than 1000 people globally. In Galieo, the “Scrum Team” is called “Focus Team”, and "Scrum master" is called "Focus Master". As part of the Galileo methodology, there are some levels of training. 

Mushon Nachmias, a Scrum Coach from AgileSparks, delivered recently a 2-days course presenting all principles of Scrum to the teams. It ended with a simulation of the Scrum process. That is, multiple teams creating one product along a few sprints. At the end of this particular course the teams created a LEGO city. There was no time for more than one sprint in the course, but the drill surely raised some important discussions and lead to some important insights... well done Mushon!
