Elad Amit provided a course that was specifically designed and developed for the Infra team. The special characteristics that are distinguishing this team were challenging as they deal with On Going tedious support and many calls in queues which should adopt a unique agile nature.
The course has been very fulfilling and the feedback was good from the team members. We liked the fact that Elad also serves as a coach to the PCI team before and after the course nurturing the teams with valuable advice and encouraging collaborations.
