The Scrum basic course delivered by Elad Amit from AgileSparks was very effective and smoothly slides the participants into the ‘Agile' world and it implementation in amdocs. The instructor is very knowledgeable not only in the scope of the training but in the academic background and history.  The Course is very interesting, fluently presented (even amusing at times:)).
