Workshop description 

While there is a general agreement that building a cross-functional team is the right thing to do, there are still misconceptions and questions about the roles and responsibilities of the QA persons in the team, their day-to-day job as well as their overall activity.

This course clears this vagueness and gives the audience the ability to operate in their teams in an Agile way.
