Workshop Description 

One of the key success factors in any project is the ability to not only give proper estimations for tasks, but to plan accordingly as well. While there is no silver bullet, Agile techniques provide a veritable toolbox for coping with the challenges presented in task estimation & planning. This course reviews various planning and estimation techniques that can drastically reduce the risks of failure. Through the use of realistic techniques, full commitment of the teams to the estimates is obtained, thereby creating a healthier and more productive work environment.

Prerequisites: None. Working in an Agile methodology - advantage.
