While Agile practitioners embrace the mantra of “inspect & adapt”, experience shows that often they don’t in practice. Proper retrospection of a Sprint entails learning from our mistakes, and maintaining good practices. A Retrospective is not meant to be a witch-hunt, or a forum for excuses and petty complaints. In this course we will learn how to do a proper retrospective as it is done in the Agile world. While experience with Agile methodologies is not a prerequisite for this course, Agile practitioners will find a rich common ground with the subjects presented. Participants will benefit from the Agile toolbox provided, and will be able to implement the suggestions in their own projects immediately.

Prerequisites: None.

The workshop is intended for Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers and Team Leaders.
