Course Description

In order to gain the maximum benefits from Agile, teams are required to implement not only the management and behavioral practices proposed by Scrum, but also the techniques at the engineering level proposed by XP (Extreme Programming). Examples are: TDD, automatic unit and functional testing, pair programming, re-factoring, effective debugging techniques, continuous integration, etc.

The course will be tailored to the specific needs and maturity of the group. Theory as well as hands-on experience will be offered.

Duration: 2 -3 days.
