Yael has been in the IT world since 1994, starting in the IDF as a software engineer, then growing in a startup serving in a wide range of positions, including Development, Professional Services, Project Management, Product Management and Release Management. After experiencing how Agile helped a startup grow, in 2009 Yael joined AgileSparks and since has been assisting organizations in adopting Agile methods and mindset.
Yael worked with a variety of organizations, from successful startups that grew to unicorns without losing their startup culture all the way to large global enterprises. Yael is working with people at all levels of the organization and helps them achieve better business outcomes by helping them choose and implement the relevant practices and approaches that will lead to more effective, efficient and happy teams.
