Applying Professional Scrum - Training Workshop for all Scrum team members and practitioners
The Scrum.org Applying Professional Scrum Training Workshop (APS) is a hands-on course that provides the foundational knowledge needed to work with Scrum in a highly practical way.
The workshop combines instruction and team-based exercises. During the exercises, students work in Scrum Teams over a series of Sprints to learn Scrum while using Scrum. They experience first-hand how the Scrum framework improves their ability to deliver value compared to traditional methods. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I certification exam (PSM I).
This course was previously known as Professional Scrum Foundations.
What You Will Learn
Why Choose Scrum.org Scrum Training
Scrum.org provides the highest quality Scrum training, training materials and certified Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) to teach them. Our training materials are created and maintained by Scrum co-creator Ken Schwaber, Scrum.org and the community of PSTs who teach the courses, helping to ensure that they are in tune with what’s happening in software development organizations and always up-to-date with the latest practices.
Professional Scrum Trainers bring their own style and experience to the courses but use the same materials so that students are learning from the same content regardless of who teaches the course or where it is taught around the world. Read more about the differences.
All participants completing the Applying Professional Scrum course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment.
