Project Management theory and practice have changed dramatically during the last few years. More and more companies realize they need new management methodologies since traditional project management practices don’t address the challenges of an increasingly complex world. Lean and Agile practices found as good way to manage the risks related to an ecosystem’s uncertainties. The lecturer/Coach

Oded Tamir is a Lead Agile coach at Agilesparks, certified Scrum Master Trainer by Scrum Org, and SAFe (Scald Agile Framework) Program Consultant (SPC). He has vast experience in Agile implementation as well as many years of traditional project management as a CIO and VP projects in a global company.
