Implementing a Lean-Agile SAFe transformation in the enterprise – with SAFe® 4 Program Consultant Certification (SPC4)

In this Implementing SAFe 4.6 workshop Yuval Yeret, our Boston-based SPCT is joined by Abram Janse from Gladwell Academy to share their joint experiences and help bring to life SAFe’s principles, roles, events, and artifacts. The class will also include a preview of SAFe 5.0.
