As more and more companies find that the classic waterfall approach for project management does not fit their reality, Agile methodologies emerge as the best solution in the current dynamic project environment, where in many cases not all requirements are clear before the project starts and change requests are inserted often during development. Not less important is the fact that people have come to realize that the ability to estimate development efforts accurately is limited, at best.
Participants in this workshop will gain understanding of the concepts behind Agile and that it is a mindset shift, rather than a just a set of guidelines and rules. Participants will understand how Agile project management is done by applying high collaboration and value-driven development; get acquainted with the main Agile methodologies and when to use them, and gain basic, common vocabulary that will allow them to discuss issues with other Agile practitioners.

Hanan is an appreciated manager with years of experience in software development and the IT world.
Hanan has been in the software development world in IT as well as in product development since 1998.
Hanan has many years of experience in managing organizational units of different sizes and ares of expertise.
Over the years, Hanan has gained allot of managerial experience in building large scale systems, making significant improvements in processes and project management methods.
Hanan is an Agile initiator and innovator and was one of the first IT managers to adapt the Agile methods specializing in the Kanaban process.
Hanan has vast experience in managing large development and infrastructure groups and is one of the first to adapt new management tools like Open Space Technology (OST), Fedex day and more
Hanan has a BA degree in management and economics from Tel-Aviv University.
In his spare time, Hanan can be found, during the summer, windsurfing and in the winter months, snowboarding.
