In recent years Agile has become mainstream and is adopted in the majority of technological departments. However, many practitioners are challenged when trying to scale Agile principles in an enterprise.
The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a framework for scaling Agile Principles and tools to Enterprise organizations, and provides a coherent process tying together the team, program and portfolio levels.
In AgileSparks We’ve been helping organizations such as Intel, Siemens, HP, Philips achieve agility at scale since 2008.
In this Leading SAFe 4.6 workshop Yuval Yeret, our leading SPCT, shares his experience to help bring to life SAFe’s principles, roles, events, artifacts.
This workshop is for you:
During this two-day course, you will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise. You will learn about the underlying principles of SAFe derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.
You will explore the five competencies needed to become a Lean Enterprise as well as learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
These are the typical attendees:
Yuval leads the Scaled Agile practice at AgileSparks working with companies such as Intel, Siemens, HP, CyberArk, CA Technologies. He is a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT4), a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) and a steward for the Professional Scrum with Kanban workshop at Scrum.org. He brings tons of experience helping organizations use Scrum/Kanban/SAFe in a way that works and delivers in the real world. He’s a recipient of the Lean Systems Society Brickell Key Award for world-influencing talent and is a Lean Systems Society Founding Fellow. You can check out his thinking on his popular blog at YuvalYeret.com or in his book “Holy Land Kanban”.
“Yuval’s class is great! His broad experience as a consultant and active member of various agile communities helps in connecting the dots. He also added examples from his own experience to practically every aspect and subject of the class. His interactive teaching style stimulates conversation and learning by building on experiences and knowledge from him and class attendees.”
