SAFe 5.0 Release Train Engineer with RTE Certification – May 26-28 – Live Virtual Classroom
May 26 @ 8:00 am - May 28 @ 5:00 pm
Advance your SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Skills
Attendees explore the skills needed to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through Agile Release Trains (ARTs)—and learn how to build a high-performing ART through servant leadership and coaching—by becoming a SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer (RTE).
During this three-day course, attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of an RTE in the SAFe enterprise.
Through experiential learning, attendees will examine the RTE role in a Lean-Agile transformation. They will learn how to facilitate ART processes and execution, coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets. They will also learn how to prepare, plan, and execute a Program Increment (PI) planning event, the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.
This class will be delivered by Yuval Yeret, SPCT and is Guaranteed to Run.
Due to the COVID19 Social Distancing guidelines, This class is taking place as a live virtual classroom available to students within +-3 hours of Eastern time zone. (Learn more about our COVID19 plans and policies here). We’ve already run a SAFe class as a live virtual classroom, including breakout sessions and collaboration on digitally shared workbooks, with great feedback from students. Contact us to learn more about this experience.
Yuval delivered multiple live virtual SPC and other SAFe classes in recent months. Check some reviews from these classes:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What does the registration cost include? Is the certification included?
A: The workshop price includes participation in the class and one attempt at the certification exam that you’ll take in the 30 days after the workshop. If you pass the exam you will earn your RTE certification. If you need a retake there’s an extra fee handled directly with SAI – the SAFe certification body. Workshop price also includes food and drinks throughout the workshop days and the student workbook. If you have to travel to the class, your travel expenses aren’t included.
Q: What does it mean when the workshop is “Guaranteed to Run”?
A: You’ve probably experienced this. You register for a class and it gets canceled/postponed due to lack of registrations. This is especially an issue with a class like Implementing SAFe in which you get two trainers for the entire class and where the class just doesn’t work in very small sizes. When we announce a workshop as “Guaranteed to Run” it means we have enough registrants already and consider this a strategic class on our schedule. And for you that means – No cancellations, No reschedules, No hassle, and most importantly getting the training you need sooner rather than later. We make as much effort as possible to guarantee the class as early as possible – which is why we offer Early Bird discounts to participants that plan early and help us provide this predictability.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Up until 30 days before the event, you can cancel at no charge. If a cancel or transfer request is made less than 30 days prior to the class start date, payment will still be due, no refunds will be issued and you will be charged a $200 change fee. Your paid tuition will be available for one year to be used as a credit towards another course of equal value; only one re-enrollment opportunity is allowed. Check out our Guarantees and Policies.
COVID-19 UPDATE –
Given the current outbreak of COVID-19 and the impact the virus is having on our global communities, customers, employees, and families, we would like to take a minute to share our approach for the next couple of weeks.
After having continuous internal discussions about what’s the best way forward we’ve decided that the professional ethical solution is to postpone all our in-person classes and activities planned at least through 5/31.
Classes, workshops, and activities will still take place – virtually. While the most efficient and effective method of conveying information is face-to-face conversation, we all need to be pragmatic and creative. In the past, we limited our live virtual training offerings just to organizations that are inherently virtual and distributed themselves. But that has given us some experience we can leverage now.
We will be offering all students affected by these changes the choice to either participate remotely, transfer to a later class, or a full refund.
We are here for any questions about how we’re responding to the COVID19 situation. Ruslan Bershtein our director of BizDev is coordinating the response and is available at email@example.com or (617)564-0455.
