One of the key challenges in achieving real agility is getting managers/leads at all levels to behave in a way that enables agility rather than hinders it. We’ve been asked by organizations we’re working with to help HR adapt their team leads training program for the agile world. The result is “LAST – Leading Agile Software Teams”. We’re offering LAST as an inhouse multi-week program as well as a focused public workshop.

LAST focuses on the mindset and skills  a manager needs to have in order to lead in a complex environment, characterized by a high level of uncertainty and the need to constantly adapt to a changing situation.
