Naama Gafni Lifshitz is a Lean and Scrum mentor at SAP Labs IL, leading the implementation of SCRUM and Lean methodologies in the organization. She is the focal point for SCRUM and Lean knowledge and processes including trainings and mentoring. Naama brings a deep understanding of agile and organizational processes, and finding the right path for the organization to implement these principles in the day-to-day practices. Naama has collaborated with multiple tiers and teams, such as management, Line managers, Scrum Masters, Chief Product owners, product owners and team members.
