Case study AT&T – Agile Enterprise Implementation: Dos and Don’ts Based on the AT&T Experience
The AT&T Tel Aviv Center of Excellence started implementing Agile development nine months ago. AT&T decided to implement Agile across all four lines of business and to cover the end-to-end development process. In this session Dotan Naveh, Executive Director and Head of R&D, AT&T Tel Aviv Center of Excellence, will cover the implementation approach, main decisions taken, what worked well and what should have been done differently, and the center’s focus going forward.
Dotan Naveh heads research and development at AT&T Tel-Aviv Center of Excellence, where he leads over 250 engineers working on cutting-edge cloud-based telecommunications technology. Prior to that, Naveh worked for Amdocs, where he managed the development of self-service and e-commerce products for the Telco market. Before Amdocs Naveh held senior management roles at Orca Interactive, Oracle, and the IDF. In both his roles at AT&T and at Amdocs, Naveh led some of the most challenging Agile transformation efforts. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
