We begin with a 2-4 day Leading SAFe Management workshop for your leadership team. During this session, we’ll determine whether we can dive right in or begin with some initial training.
We kickoff with 3-4 days of preparation for QuickStart for the chosen Agile Release Train. Next, we’ll run a 4-day Agile Release Train QuickStart of the first program increment (PI), according to the formal SAFe Training/PI Planning curriculum.
Every two weeks, we’ll visit for two days to coach the Agile Release Train on its journey to stabilize the first SAFe PI. We’ll then facilitate an Agile Release Train Inspect & Adapt Workshop. And we’ll also shadow support as the internal Release Train Engineer runs the second PI training.
Finally, we’ll get back into action mode by running a Boost Workshop. We’ll identify key areas for boosting and improving your process. And we’ll help you draft an improvement plan for taking the next steps.
